Opens its 1st warehouse located in Sterling Industrial Park, Meycauayan, Bulacan.
Rents trucks and owns 1 truck for delivery.
With 15 employees who distribute steel materials for construction.
Acquires 10-wheeler trucksto be used for delivering orders. 
Starts to provide services by purchasing shearing, cutting, and bending machines. 
Additional shearing and bending machines, and trucks to cater more clients.
Construction of 2nd warehouse extension.
Introduces steel products like wide flange and sheet pile in the company.
Expands its services by purchasing slitting and rolling machines.
Transfers the main office to a bigger facility in Caloocan City
Additional manpower to cater more clients.

Opens 3rd warehouse in Marilao, Bulacan.
Purchases bending and cutting machines with bigger capacity to cater more sizes and ensure efficiency.
First exhibit experience at World Trade Center Manila
He-Max Industrial currently owns three warehouses in Bulacan, and an office in Caloocan.
